Remote service crash via unchecked Swift range

Out-of-bounds reads in Apache Thrift before 0.23.0 allow remote attackers to crash Swift RPC services via malformed collection data. Swift TProtocol.skip() iterates map, set, and list counts as ranges without first rejecting negative sizes, so a crafted size produces an invalid Range and terminates the process. The input must reach a Swift protocol decoder and be skipped as an unknown collection field; the demonstrated consequence is a service crash.
