Service interruption via wrapped frame length

Integer overflow in Apache Thrift before 0.23.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt services using the Go TFramedTransport. TFramedTransport.Flush converts an in-memory write-buffer length to uint32 without rejecting lengths above 4 GiB, so the frame header wraps while the full buffer is transmitted. Reachability requires the Go framed transport and an unauthenticated peer able to induce an oversized response; the bounded impact is unexpected behavior or resource exhaustion, not data access.
