Cross-user code execution via OpenSSL configuration loading

DLL injection in KeePassXC 2.7.11 and earlier on Windows allows local users to execute code in another user's KeePassXC process. During an update check, OpenSSL reads C:\Tools\vcpkg\packages\openssl_x64-windows\openssl.cnf from a user-writable path and loads a DLL named by that file. Exploitation requires low-privileged local code execution and a later update check by a target user, exposing secrets available to that KeePassXC process.
