Authenticated phishing redirects via unchecked notification destinations

Open redirect in Horilla HRMS 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to redirect other users to external sites via crafted links. The mark_all_as_read, mark_as_read, mark_as_unread, and delete views pass the next query value directly to Django redirect() without checking its host. Exploitation requires low-privilege access and a signed-in victim to open the link; it supports phishing without directly exposing or altering Horilla data.
