Authenticated code execution via unescaped JavaScript interpolation

Code injection in 0DIN Scanner 1.0.0 through 1.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute code inside the Rails container. BrowserAutomation::PlaywrightService interpolates an unescaped URL into a JavaScript string in a generated Node.js file and executes that file. Any tenant member can reach the auto-detect endpoint; injected Node.js can read container secrets, alter tenant data, and run commands as the Rails service account.
