Remote device crash via truncated RPM request

Out-of-bounds read in BACnet Stack 1.4.0 through 1.4.2 allows remote attackers to crash devices with a truncated RPM request. rpm_decode_object_id() accepts a five-byte object identifier sequence, consumes those bytes, and then reads apdu[5] while checking the opening tag. The affected ReadPropertyMultiple handler is enabled by default in the reference server, so one unauthenticated BACnet-network request can interrupt device service.
