Manager crash via agent uname buffer underwrite

Buffer underwrite in Wazuh 4.0.0 through 4.14.3 allows remote authenticated users to crash the manager via malformed agent uname data. In parse_uname_string, four strlen(ptr)-1 expressions process empty fields without a length check, wrapping the index and writing a null byte before a heap buffer. Registered or compromised agent access is required, and the demonstrated consequence is a wazuh-remoted or wazuh-analysisd crash with heap corruption.
