Restricted method invocation via inconsistent path normalization

Access-control bypass in Dapr allows remote authenticated users to invoke restricted application methods through crafted method paths. The service-invocation ACL decodes escapes, resolves traversal sequences, and strips URL delimiters while dispatch forwards a differently normalized method. Exploitation requires configured service-invocation policies and access to the HTTP or gRPC API; resulting data access or modification depends on the restricted target method.
