Blind internal network probing via DNS rebinding

SSRF in LangChain langchain-openai before 1.1.14 allows remote attackers to probe internal hosts via rebinding image URLs. The _url_to_size helper validates a hostname before an independent httpx fetch resolves it again, allowing the destination to change to a private address. A caller must process an attacker-supplied image URL, and the path exposes only timing or error behavior rather than response content.
