Host file overwrite via untrusted TMPDIR

Path traversal in OpenTelemetry eBPF Instrumentation 0.4.0 through 0.7.x allows local users to overwrite host files via Java injection. The findTempDir and dirOK logic joins a target-controlled absolute TMPDIR to /proc//root, discarding that boundary, while copyAgent follows symlinks and truncates the selected destination. Exploitation requires control of a local Java workload, enabled Java injection, and elevated OBI privileges; it permits overwriting files writable by OBI.
