Account misbinding via unbound cached OAuth state

Cross-site request forgery in Authlib before 1.6.11 allows remote attackers to bind an attacker's OAuth account to a victim's session. The callback handler accepts state from the redirect URL and reads cached state without verifying that the callback client initiated the flow. Exploitation requires cache-backed state storage and a victim to follow the attacker-supplied redirect and complete authorization, causing account misbinding.
