SSRF via base-origin override in URL parsing

SSRF in Angular Platform-Server allows remote attackers to redirect server-side HTTP requests through crafted request URLs. ServerPlatformLocation's parseUrl passes protocol-relative or backslash-prefixed pathnames to the WHATWG URL parser with an application origin, allowing normalization to replace that origin with an attacker-controlled host. Exploitation requires an affected SSR API to receive the request pathname, outbound network access, and relative HttpClient requests or hostname-derived URLs; successful exploitation redirects those requests and exposes associated request data.
