Authenticated file disclosure via attachment path traversal
Published Apr 24, 2026 · Updated Apr 24, 2026
Path traversal in 4ga Boards before 3.3.5 allows remote authenticated users with board import privileges to read host files. The BOARDS importer joins attacker-controlled dirname and filename values from attachments.csv without canonicalizing the result or confining it to the import directory. Board import permission is required; a crafted archive makes a readable host file a downloadable application attachment.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
