CVE-2026-41408Network attack vector

Disk exhaustion via unbounded Tlon media downloads

Published Apr 28, 2026 · Updated Apr 28, 2026

Resource exhaustion in OpenClaw before 2026.3.31 allows remote authenticated users to fill local storage through Tlon image messages. The Tlon extension's downloadMedia path streamed every referenced image directly into the workspace media directory without byte, count, or managed-cleanup limits. A user able to post Tlon content can force repeated inbound downloads until disk exhaustion interrupts the gateway or other host services.
