Arbitrary file read via unchecked ACP attachment path

Path traversal in ACP dispatch in OpenClaw before 2026.3.31 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary host files. The attachment resolver passed normalized inbound MediaPath values directly to filesystem stat and read operations without enforcing attachment-cache or configured local roots. Exploitation requires low-privileged access to an inbound channel reaching ACP dispatch; successful requests disclose readable host files but do not modify them.
