Authenticated event suppression via shared replay cache

Improper cache isolation in OpenClaw 2026.2.19 before 2026.3.31 allows remote authenticated users to suppress Zalo webhook events. The replay check builds one global cache key from event_name and message_id without including the authenticated target, path, or account. Control of one authenticated Zalo webhook path in a multi-account gateway is required; matching keys silently drop another account's legitimate event without granting data access.
