Persistent access via undisconnected WebSocket sessions

Insufficient session expiration in OpenClaw before 2026.3.31 allows remote authenticated users to retain Gateway access after token rotation. The device.token.rotate handler replaces the device token but omits disconnecting the device's already-authenticated WebSocket clients. A previously compromised credential and an established connection are required; the surviving connection retains its existing session privileges.
