Restricted session disclosure via skipped visibility guard

Incorrect authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.3.31 allows remote authenticated users to read restricted session information. The session_status tool conditionally skipped its shared visibilityGuard check when an unsandboxed caller supplied a session key directly. A low-privileged same-agent caller can cross configured self or tree visibility boundaries, but the flaw does not cross the broader host boundary.
