Pairing denial via cross-account request-cap exhaustion

Denial of service in OpenClaw 2026.2.26 through versions before 2026.3.31 allows remote attackers to block new pairing challenges. The pairing store's pruneExcessRequests function sorts and truncates the shared channel request array without grouping entries by accountId. A multi-account channel and enough pending requests from other accounts are required; the result delays pairing or onboarding until a request is approved or expires.
