Password brute force via fake device tokens

Authentication rate-limit bypass in OpenClaw before 2026.3.31 allows remote attackers to brute-force weak shared passwords. In resolveConnectAuthState, the mixed WebSocket handshake omitted the shared-secret rate limiter whenever any device-token candidate was present. The Gateway must be reachable with shared authentication enabled, and the practical consequence is limited to secrets weak enough to guess.
