Unauthenticated command execution via scheduled task rewrite
Published May 14, 2026 · Updated May 14, 2026
OS command injection in midoks mdserver-web 0.18.0 through 0.18.4 allows remote attackers to execute commands through task endpoints. The modify_crond handler writes attacker-controlled shell content into an auto-numbered built-in scheduled task, and start_task launches it. No panel login or knowledge of its hidden entry point is required, so network access to the panel is enough for server takeover.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
