Service degradation via unbounded endpoint cache

Uncontrolled resource consumption in OpenTelemetry.Exporter.Zipkin 1.15.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to degrade availability. For client or producer spans, the exporter derives cache keys from remote endpoint attributes and retains every unique ZipkinEndpoint without a size bound. Sustained high-cardinality endpoint values cause process memory to grow over time and can interrupt the instrumented service.
