Authenticated service interruption via unchecked session kill

Missing authorization in OpenClaw before 2026.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to terminate running subagent sessions. The POST /sessions/:sessionKey/kill handler accepts read-scoped identity-bearing HTTP requests and invokes the session-kill mutation without first requiring operator.admin. A read-only operator credential and a known session key are sufficient to interrupt delegated work; the flaw does not grant broader host control.
