Cross-project task deletion via missing authorization
Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Apache DolphinScheduler before 3.4.2 allows remote authenticated users to delete task definitions in other projects. Apache has not published the affected function or patch diff; the disclosed deletion path fails to enforce project-level authorization before removing a task definition. Any user with a system login can cause integrity loss outside the user's authorized projects; no confidentiality or service-interruption impact is reported.
