Unauthenticated command execution via parameter override bypass

Remote command execution in Flowise before 3.1.0 allows remote attackers to run arbitrary commands through a public chatflow. The replaceInputsWithConfig function accepts FILE-STORAGE:: anywhere in an override value, skips isParameterEnabled, and passes attacker-controlled NODE_OPTIONS to a Custom MCP process. Exploitation requires a public chatflow containing an MCP tool with API Override enabled, and command execution occurs inside the Flowise container.
