Reseller quota bypass via unchecked administrator attribution

Incorrect authorization in Froxlor before 2.3.6 allows remote authenticated users to create domains under another administrator's identity. Domains.add() accepts a caller-controlled adminid and, for resellers without customers_see_all, neither validates it nor replaces it with the caller's ID before insertion and quota accounting. Reseller access with an owned customer is sufficient to bypass the caller's domain quota and consume another administrator's quota, preventing legitimate domain creation.
