Admin code execution via unescaped PHP literal

PHP code injection in Froxlor before 2.3.6 allows remote authenticated users with server-settings permission to execute arbitrary PHP code. PhpHelper::parseArrayToString() inserts the unvalidated privileged_user value into a single-quoted literal in lib/userdata.inc.php without escaping single quotes. The MysqlServer API requires change_serversettings permission, and every later panel request loads the generated file and runs the injected code as the web server user.
