Authenticated code execution via traversed language inclusion
Published Apr 23, 2026 · Updated Apr 23, 2026
Path traversal in Froxlor before 2.3.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code through the customer API. Customers.update and Admins.update store an unchecked def_language value that Language::loadLanguage appends to a path and passes to require. An authenticated customer with API access and a writable PHP file can execute code as the web server user; customer FTP and API access are enabled by default.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
