Internal HTTP probing via redirected rule URLs

Server-side request forgery in mosparo before 1.4.13 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal HTTP services through rule package URLs. The automatic rule package fetcher accepts editor-controlled source URLs, follows HTTP redirects, and does not block loopback or private destinations. An editor can retain a valid checksum URL, redirect the stored package URL internally, and distinguish HTTP outcomes from UI error messages without reading response bodies.
