Stored script execution via unsanitized HTML attributes
Published May 22, 2026 · Updated May 22, 2026
Stored XSS in the Request class in VINADES.,JSC NukeViet CMS 4.5.07 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts in viewers' browsers. The class fails to recursively sanitize HTML-valued attributes such as iframe srcdoc, so modified requests store nested event-handler payloads. No authentication is required to submit content, but execution requires an administrator, moderator, or other user to view it, enabling session theft or actions in that viewer's context.
