Authenticated SQL execution via unescaped id_fiche

SQL injection in the YesWiki Bazar module before 4.6.1 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data via id_fiche. EntryManager::formatDataBeforeSave() concatenates the POST-supplied id_fiche value into a raw tag query, and loadSingle() sends it to mysqli_query() without escaping or parameterization. Any account can reach the entry-creation route when a Bazar form exists; crafted SQL supports time-based extraction and arbitrary database queries.
