Spreadsheet formula execution via unneutralized TSV fields
Published May 22, 2026 · Updated May 22, 2026
CSV injection in Best Practical Request Tracker before 5.0.10 and 6.0.0 through 6.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to inject formulas. The TSVExport component emits attacker-controlled ticket values and column headers beginning with -, +, =, @, or " without a neutralizing space. Exploitation requires ticket-writing access and another user to open the export in spreadsheet software, enabling spreadsheet-context data access or modification.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
