Unauthenticated server-side requests via weak URL validation

SSRF in WWBN AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to make server-side requests through the public Live test endpoint. plugin/Live/test.php accepts statsURL when it merely starts with http, then sends that value through file_get_contents or curl without an allowlist or complete URL validation. No authentication is required; exposed deployments can disclose fetched response data and probe internal HTTP services, but the patched wget branch no longer interpolates raw input into a shell command.
