Authenticated SSRF via hostname-only same-domain trust

SSRF in WWBN AVideo 29.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read same-host HTTP service responses via crafted download URLs. isSSRFSafeURL trusts matching hostnames without comparing ports, after which aVideoEncoder.json.php fetches the URL and writes its body under web-accessible storage. Reachability requires upload permission or a valid per-video hash, and exfiltration requires a response of at least 20 KB, or 5 KB for MP3 URLs.
