Local privilege escalation via cross-action authentication cache

Authentication bypass in presire qSnapper 1.2.1 through 1.3.2 allows local users to invoke restricted snapshot rollback methods. The root D-Bus daemon's m_authenticated flag caches a successful delete-snapshot check and reuses it for rollback-snapshot methods without checking the Polkit action. A system administrator must relax delete-snapshot authorization; affected users can then restore files with root-level confidentiality and integrity impact.
