Session hijacking via missing Secure cookie flag

Cookie security failure in Apache Airflow 3.0.0 through 3.2.1 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to steal authenticated session JWTs. JWTRefreshMiddleware derived the cookie's Secure attribute only from api.ssl_cert and ignored the HTTPS request scheme, allowing browsers to send it over cleartext HTTP. Exploitation requires TLS termination at a reverse proxy, no local API certificate, a logged-in browser, and an induced HTTP request to the same host; replay grants the victim's API session.
