OS command injection in Cloud Foundry Foundation BOSH Director before 282.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands. ReleaseJob#unpack copies a job name from an uploaded release.MF into tar paths and passes the resulting command string to /bin/sh without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires bosh.releases.upload, an environment-specific equivalent, or bosh.admin scope, and commands run on the Director VM.
