Cluster-wide resolver DoS via unbounded HTTP body read

Resource exhaustion in affected Tekton Pipelines releases allows remote authenticated users to crash cluster-wide resolution services. FetchHttpResource passes an attacker-controlled response body to io.ReadAll without a byte limit, exhausting the resolver pod's memory. Creating a TaskRun or PipelineRun that uses the HTTP resolver is required; repeated requests sustain the pod's crash loop and disable every shared resolver type.
