Crash or memory disclosure via ICNS over-read

Heap buffer over-read in GIMP on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 through 9 allows context-dependent attackers to crash GIMP or disclose memory. The icns_slurp() function reads beyond its allocated heap buffer while parsing a crafted ICNS image. The condition is reached only when GIMP processes the malicious file, and the documented consequences are application termination or disclosure of data beyond the intended buffer.
