Cross-project data access via team-scoped authorization

Improper access control in Chartbrew 4.9.0 allows remote authenticated users to access other projects' datasets within the same team. Dataset and dataRequest routes verify access to some same-team resource but fail to bind the requested resource and connection to the caller's allowed projects. Any project-scoped role with one accessible dataset can cross project boundaries to read data or alter and execute requests through victim-owned connections.
