Email disclosure via unescaped login-history IP
Published Apr 21, 2026 · Updated Apr 21, 2026
Stored XSS in mailcow: dockerized before 2026-03b allows remote authenticated users to read another user's email through login history. The user dashboard builds an anchor in data/web/js/site/user.js by concatenating the logged real_rip value into HTML without escaping it. Exploitation requires an attacker mailbox, a forged X-Real-IP header during login, a login-CSRF lure, an already open victim mailbox tab, and two clicks.
