Authenticated document disclosure via unchecked numeric ID

Authorization bypass in Horilla HRMS 1.5.0 allows remote authenticated users to read other employees' documents via a crafted ID. The view_file function queries Document objects solely by the supplied numeric ID and returns the backing file without checking ownership or object-level permission. Any logged-in employee who supplies the expected HTMX request header can enumerate IDs and disclose private HR files, but cannot modify them through this flaw.
