Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode attributes

Stored XSS in ER Swiffy Insert 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via crafted [swiffy] attributes. The shortcode handler passes the user-controlled n, w, and h attributes through extract() and inserts them into HTML without esc_attr() escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient; the stored script executes in the browser of anyone who opens the affected page and can act in that viewer's session.
