Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode text

Stored cross-site scripting in tripleNERDscore pdfl.io WordPress Plugin 1.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The output_shortcode() function concatenates the pdflio shortcode's user-supplied text attribute directly into HTML without sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script executes in a visitor's browser whenever an affected page is opened.
