Unverified password change in blueprintUE Self-Hosted Edition before 4.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over accounts. ProfileEditController.php's treatFormChangePassword() omits the current password, and doProcessChangePassword() passes the replacement directly to UserService::updatePassword without checking the existing hash. A valid victim session and its bound CSRF token are required; the attacker can replace the password and lock out the account owner.
