System command execution via database-modified attachment path

Remote code execution in BinSoft mpGabinet 23.12.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute system commands via attachments. The attachment workflow trusts a database-modified storage path and executes the referenced remote network resource when another user opens the file. Exploitation requires application access, direct database access, and user interaction; chaining CVE-2026-40550 and CVE-2026-40551 removes the authentication and database-access gates.
