Arbitrary-user authentication via client binary modification

Authentication bypass in BinSoft mpGabinet Lekarski 23.12.19 and earlier allows local users to authenticate as arbitrary users. The desktop client verifies logins locally instead of requiring the backend server to validate identity, so a modified application binary can omit the check. Access to an installed client connected to the backend and low local privileges are required; exploitation grants another user's application identity and associated data access.
