Shell command execution via unsanitized DWARF parameter names

Command injection in radare2 before commit bc5a890 allows attackers to execute shell commands by analyzing a crafted ELF file. print_fcn_arg inserts an unsanitized DW_TAG_formal_parameter name from the type database into a pfq command string, where the |! operator invokes the shell. Execution requires analysis with aaa followed by afsvj at the crafted call site, and commands run with the radare2 user's privileges.
