CVE-2026-40516Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Private-service response disclosure via unchecked web targets

Published Apr 17, 2026 · Updated Apr 17, 2026

SSRF in OpenHarness before commit bd4df81 allows attackers to read private HTTP responses by steering built-in web tools. The web_fetch URL and web_search search_url flowed into redirect-following httpx GET requests without rejecting loopback, RFC1918, link-local, or other non-public destinations. Exploitation requires attacker-influenced content in an agent session; disclosed bodies can contain data from services reachable only from the host.
