Process termination via unbounded parser recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Hot Chocolate allows remote attackers to terminate GraphQL server workers with deeply nested documents. Affected releases lack a depth check in Utf8GraphQLParser, which recursively parses nested selection sets, object and list values, and list types until the .NET stack overflows. An unauthenticated GraphQL request reaches parsing before validation, immediately terminating the worker and dropping requests, background tasks, and WebSocket subscriptions.
